Minutes of the Executive Session

September 15, 2009

The Meeting was called to order by Chair Brian Gorcowski at 7:06 PM.

Roll Call: Brian Gorcowski, Linda Best, Marvin Kramer, Julie Runzel, Bill Burke. Executive Director Habun was also present for a portion of the meeting.

Executive Session was called pursuant to Sec 2cq (Personnel) of the Open Meetings Act by Bill Burke. Recommended actions were discussed.

Motion to Adjourn out of Executive Session was made and seconded. Motion passed unanimously and the Chair adjourned into the regular meeting at 7:56 PM.
