Minutes of the Executive Session

December 18, 2008

The meeting was called to order by Chair Mary Alice Benoit at 8:10 PM.

Roll Call: Rita Lopienski, Ruth Beckner, Brian Gorcowski. Mary Alice Benoit Executive Director Danise Habun joined the meeting at request of Chair Benoit following discussion.

Executive Session was called pursuant to Section 2c1 (Personnel) of the Open Meetings Act by Brian Gorcowski and seconded by Rita Lopienski, items of personnel were discussed.

Motion to Adjourn out of Executive Session was made by Ruth Beckner and seconded by Rita Lopienski, motion passed unanimously and the Vice Chair adjourned into the regular meeting @ 8:45 pm.
