Minutes of the Executive Session

November 20, 2007

The meeting was called to order by Vice Chair Brian Gorcowski at 7:24 PM.

Roll Call: Gabrielle Infusino, Rita Lopienski, Ruth Beckner, Brian Gorcowski. Executive Director Danise Habun was also present.

Executive Session was called pursuant to Section 2c1 (Personnel) of the Open Meetings Act by Gabrielle Infusino and seconded by Rita Lopienski, items of personnel were discussed.

Motion to Adjourn out of Executive Session was made by Ruth Beckner and seconded by Rita Lopienski, motion passed unanimously and the Vice Chair adjourned into the regular meting @ 7:35 pm.
