Minutes for the Executive Session held on April 11, 2007

The board moved into executive session at 8:31 p.m.

The board discussed the FYO8 raise for the Executive Director. K. Dolan-Baumer suggested that the board approve a raise of 4% for the Executive Director. She also suggested that the board and the Executive Director agree on four common goals for her to work on during the upcoming fiscal year. Both suggestions were agreeable to all.

M.A. Benoit made a motion to adjourn out of executive session; S. Deenihan seconded the motion. All voted aye.

The board moved out of executive session at 8:55 p.m.
