Minutes for the Executive Session held on March 20, 2007

The board moved into executive session at 9:25 p.m.

The board discussed the final evaluation and other issues related to the performance of the Executive Director, Danise Habun. It was agreed that Ruth Beckner and Rita Lopienski would present the results of the evaluation to Danise at a later date.

K. Dolan-Baumer made a motion to adjourn out of executive session; G. Infusino seconded the motion. All voted aye.

The board moved out of executive session at 9:44 p.m.
